How does it work?

Connect
Connect with us and let us know what service you are interested in. You can also include basic information, such as project details, project timeline, any questions you may have, preferred meeting times, ect. While we will not copy outside materials without express written and signed permission by the material owners, we do love reference material! If you have mood boards, visuals, or playlists, send them over!

Prepare
Once we process your enquiry, we will reach out to you about first project meeting confirmation/ information, visuals we will need access to review for the meeting, and how to get everything to us. We will also send you a request for a deposit, which will be refundable up to 48 hours before the initial project meeting, after-which it will be non-refundable, but will be applied the final project payment if applicable.

Dive In!
The initial project meeting is where we will likely spend the most time working one-on-one with you. We will be going over details, goals, and making a targeted project package built around your unique project needs. After the meeting we will send you your customized contract and project estimate. Once everything is signed, we will jump in! You are welcome to keep in touch for update requests, adjustments and add ons to the project, and concerns you may have. We give up to two free revisions, with additional revisions being determined on a case-by-case basis.
